Grooming Services

* Proof of vaccines are required before any service. Please bring copies of vaccination records for our file. 

Grooming Service 

In the event that fleas are found on the animal at any point during the grooming process, Furever Pet, has the right to end the groom immediately and the owner will be called to pick up the animal. The groom may be resumed at a later date once the fleas are treated and exterminated by the owner. The client will be charged for a grooming fee (for what was done up until that point). 

Boarding 

If fleas are discovered on your dog during their stay with us, we will administer a flea bath, and the cost will be added to your account.

Daycare

If we discover fleas on your dog during daycare, we’ll notify you right away, and we kindly ask that you pick up your pup as soon as possible. Once the fleas have been treated, we’ll be thrilled to welcome your furry friend back for playdates!

If you are going to be up to 30 minutes late please notify us. If you will be more than 30 minutes late please call to reschedule your appointment. 

No call, no show and same day cancellations will have a fee of $50. This fee has to be paid before the next appointment can be scheduled.  

Each client is very important to us, so we ask that you cancel your appointment well in advance. Because we are scheduled by appointment only, we respectfully ask for no less than 24 hours advance notification if you need to change or cancel your appointment time. Clients who miss two or more appointments must pay a non-refundable deposit of the grooming fee for future bookings. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. 

For the safety of your dog and others, all dogs must be on leashes as they enter and exit the facility. 

Dogs 7 months and older must be spayed or neutered to participate in daycare. 

Drop off times:

Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 PM OR 5:00 PM

Pick up times: 

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM OR 12:00 PM

** If your dog is picked up AFTER 12:30 PM, you will be charged a $30 late pickup fee. 

Walk in nail trims need to be up to date on their Rabies Vaccine. Please bring a copy for our records. 

Walk ins are welcome Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 2 PM.
